Provided you can cope with being prodded in the midriff you can now be a walking game of tetris. Mark Kreger has created a t-shirt containing two 8×8 matrix LED displays, an Arduino uno, baterry pack and controls, so not a subtle integration, but it is fully functional and a suitable tribute to the 30th anniversary of Tetris.
