Guardian article on electronic clothes

guardian2

It is always interesting to see how mainstream media handle electronic clothes. This article from the UK’s Guardian news organisation is, for its length, rather well informed. While covering the visually captivating work of Cute Circuit it also shows that wires in clothes can have a more utilitarian benefit, as is the case for soldier uniforms and the work of Intelligent Textiles. There is also some questioning of where things are going, though further scrutiny would have been nice. Hopefully, this is a sign that electronic clothes are starting to gain some visibility and creditability in the mainstream.
